r222 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms apply to every person who accesses r222.click or uses any r222 service — whether you browse without an account, register as a player, deposit funds, place a bet, play a casino game or contact our support team. By doing any of these things, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

New products and features may be added over time, and these Terms will apply to them unless a separate specific agreement is presented at the time of launch.

r222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any product, feature, promotional offer, odds or game at any time, with or without advance notice. Where a change affects your existing account or open bets in a material way, r222 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact details registered to your account.

• These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all interpretive purposes.
• Use of r222 by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. r222 may request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts pending verification.
• r222 services are available to players located in Pakistan. Players residing in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law access r222 at their own legal risk.
• r222 does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, contractors, agents or close family members of r222 or its affiliate companies.

To place bets or play games at r222 you must hold a valid, verified r222 account. Registration is free. You may only hold one account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, including registering under different names, phone numbers or payment methods.

• All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details — must be accurate, truthful and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your r222 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. r222 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, notify r222 support immediately at support@r222.click. r222 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• r222 may contact you at the mobile number or email address registered to your account for verification, account security and promotional purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
• Players who self-exclude from r222 may not create a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any account created in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and the balance refunded.

r222 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, bonus amounts, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by r222 — what you deposit is what you see in your r222 wallet.

• r222 charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside r222's control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Additional winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified method registered to your account.
• r222 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, the withdrawal will be held — not cancelled — until the process is completed.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you have deposited more than intended, contact r222 support before placing any bets with those funds.
• r222 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money balance is used and returned before bonus funds in all bet calculations.

r222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, odds boosts and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The general rules in this section apply to all r222 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will all be voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, Teen Patti and Andar Bahar may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates for each promotion will be listed in the offer terms.
• r222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If an active bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, the unfulfilled portion of the bonus will be removed but any winnings from real-money play during that period will be retained.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting games with low house edge to complete wagering requirements, using bonus funds in violation of stated terms, or placing offsetting bets — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.
• r222 does not offer bonuses as an inducement to continue play beyond a player's means. If you feel a promotional offer is encouraging you to bet more than is comfortable, you can opt out of all marketing at any time from your account settings.

Bets placed on r222 are binding once confirmed. The r222 bet slip will show your stake and potential return in PKR before you confirm — once confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 (virtual sports); Rs 100 (sports betting, casino games). Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and will be displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
• r222 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to technical fault. Where possible, bets placed in good faith at incorrect odds will be honoured at the correct price.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the conditions for settlement are met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your r222 wallet.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, pre-match bets will typically stand. Beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the in-play market being open at the time of confirmation. r222 in-play markets may close briefly around significant match events such as goals, wickets or red cards.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the payout to be triggered. A void selection within an accumulator reduces the accumulator by one leg and recalculates the return accordingly.
• r222 does not accept bets from players who have inside information about an event — for example, knowledge of a player injury not yet publicly disclosed. Such bets may be voided upon discovery.

Casino games and card games on r222 — including slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and live dealer tables — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.

• All r222 casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on each game's information page.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. While r222 selects providers carefully, the game rules and outcomes are governed by the studio's certified software and are beyond r222's direct control.
• If a technical fault interrupts a casino game mid-round and the outcome cannot be determined, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned to your r222 wallet.
• Game histories and results are logged by r222 and retained for a minimum of 90 days. If you dispute a game outcome, contact support with the game name, date, time and round ID shown in your bet history.
• Jackpot prizes — including progressive jackpots on r222 Jackpot Slots — are paid from a central prize pool and are awarded by the game's RNG in accordance with its certified mechanics. Jackpot wins are subject to the same identity verification process as standard withdrawals.

r222 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potentially being reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one r222 account for any reason.
• Using bots, automated software or scripts to place bets or interact with r222 games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in r222's platform — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support@r222.click immediately.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer environments.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods or using payment credentials that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money through r222 betting and gaming activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, or operating an r222 account on behalf of a third party without r222's explicit written consent.
• Sharing or publishing r222 platform data, odds, game logic or any proprietary information without prior written authorisation.

r222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, r222 is not obligated to return any funds in the account. Where an account is closed for operational or business reasons unrelated to a player's conduct, any genuine cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

• r222 may freeze an account temporarily while investigating a potential breach. During a freeze, the player cannot deposit, withdraw, bet or access the account. r222 will resolve investigations within a reasonable timeframe.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support@r222.click. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed as priority. A self-excluded player will not receive any promotional communications from r222 during the exclusion period.
• Accounts dormant (no login, deposit or withdrawal) for 12 consecutive months may be reclassified as inactive. r222 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy to the balance.

• r222 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses — including loss of expected winnings from bets not placed due to technical issues — except where a direct and demonstrable fault on r222's part can be established.
• Nothing in these Terms limits r222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

r222 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, r222 will notify active players via the registered mobile number or email address. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

• Continued use of r222 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account by contacting support@r222.click before the amendment's effective date. Any genuine cash balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Minor changes — such as clarifications, formatting corrections or removal of outdated references — may be made without formal notification. The "last updated" date will reflect any such change.
